PEC offers the latest technology to help you manage your electric account 24/7 by computer or smartphone with a free online application called SmartHub.

With SmartHub, you can:

  • make a payment
  • check your electric usage
  • notify customer service of account issues
  • receive email or text alerts
  • communicate directly with the cooperative
  • read current and past editions of the People's Powerline newsletter

SmartHub is available in both mobile apps and a web version to give members secure access whether at home, at work, or on the go. You'll have secure access to maintain your account information, view bills, see payment history, make payments on one or more accounts, set up recurring payments, and if you choose, receive bill notifications via email and/or text.

SmartHub is easy to navigate. Itís simple and quick to make a payment or view your daily meter usage. You can compare bills and find out what day of the week you typically use the most electricity.
