Our teams at PEC have been responding to COVID-19 with a strong sense of urgency and excellence. As an essential business provider, we recognize the fact that powering your home and business matters, especially in times of hardship. We continue to evaluate the COVID-19 situation as it evolves, and we continue to look for ways to open new windows of opportunity and serve our members the best we can.

PEC’s office lobby remains closed until further notice; however, we’re still here for you. Many of our in-office transactions can be completed at our drive thru window. Our drive-thru will remain open during normal business hours (M-F 8 AM - 5 PM).

Paying Your Bill
If you have been directly impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak and need to make payment arrangements, please contact our office by calling 580-332-3031 to discuss options. As a reminder, members are still responsible for the full payment of their electric bill, however, we understand this is an unprecedented situation and as always are willing to work with you.

Making Payment
• Use our drive thru window (M-F 8 AM - 5 PM)
• Use the after hours drop box located in the second lane of our drive-thru
• Mail your payment to People’s Electric Cooperative, PO Box 429, Ada, OK 74821
• Pay your bill over the telephone 24 hours a day, by calling 580-272-1507
• Utilize the SmartHub app, visit
