As COVID-19 impacts our community, we are dedicated to providing service in a safe and effective manner. In an effort to better protect the health and well-being of our employees, members, and our community as a whole, PEC will be temporarily closing our office lobby effective Monday, March 23 until further notice. Like many of you, we have spent the last few weeks learning about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it impacts our members and employees. We want you to know that we are committed to providing you safe, affordable and reliable electricity at all times.

We will still have member service representatives available to take your calls at 580-332-3031 during normal business hours, (M-F 8 AM to 5 PM).

Paying Your Bill

If you have been directly impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak and need to make payment arrangements, please contact our office by calling 580-332-3031 to discuss options. As a reminder, members are still responsible for the full payment of their electric bill, however, we understand this is an unprecedented situation and as always are willing to work with you.

Making Payment at our Main Office (1600 N Country Club Rd., Ada, OK 74820):

• Use our drive-thru window (M-F 8 AM to 5 PM)
• Drop your payment in our after hours drop box located in the second lane of our drive-thru.
• Making a Payment by Mail, Online or by Phone:
• Mail your payment to People’s Electric Cooperative, PO Box 429, Ada, OK 74821
• Pay your bill over the telephone 24 hours a day, by calling 580-272-1507
• Via the web using the SmartHub app, visit 
• Call 580-332-3031 to speak with Member Service Representatives

All of these payment options are convenient and free to use by entering your bank account or a credit card information.

Reporting An Outage

Outages can be reported via the SmartHub app or by calling 580-272-1500. Crews are on call 24/7 to respond to outages.
