Manager of Engineering

Department: Construction Engineering
Hours: Full Time
Shift: Mon-Thu 7 AM-5:30 PM
Job Summary: Responsible for the efficient management and leadership of the Engineering Department. Manages the design, specifications, and operation for the electric distribution and transmission systems. Oversees the new construction application and engineering processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Develops and implements strategic goals for the department that align with the goals and objectives of the Cooperative.
Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor of Science and a minimum five years direct supervisory experience. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must possess a high level of integrity and sound decision-making ability. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess advanced computer skills. Must possess a valid Oklahoma Drivers License. Prefer prior experience in a similar field. Position will be posted until Friday, April 16th.
