Director of Member Payment Services

Department: Member Services
Hours: Full Time
Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Job Summary: Coordinates all aspects of the bill payment process including in-office payments, electronic payments, and off-site payments. Communicates with Accounting Department, as necessary, to ensure balancing of payment books. Supervises part-time employees assisting with process of payment services and balancing. Keeps management informed of the activities within department. Handles customers' complaints, inquiries, and questions in regard to billing. Responsible for taking applications for existing and new services, disconnect requests, transfers of service and other related tasks.
Qualifications: Prefer an individual with a B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or four years experience in similar supervisory position. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must possess ability to supervise employee(s) and organize work schedules for most efficient use of time.
