Member Account Manager

Department: Member Services
Hours: Full Time
Shift: M-F 8-5
Job Summary: Handles members questions & concerns regarding billing. Responsible for taking applications for existing and new construction services, disconnect requests, and transfers of service. Responsible for entering members into service agreements as well as effectively communicating both orally and in writing with members and other employees. Responsible for promoting PEC products and services.
Qualifications: Should posses at least 2 years experience working directly with the public in a similar work environment. College degree required, with preference in Business, English or Counseling. Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary. Must possess advanced computer skills and learn quickly.
