Jenny Trett

District 2
Jenny Trett is the board member for District 2, which includes much of Murray and Garvin Counties. She is an alumna of Sulphur Public Schools and a graduate of East Central University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Jenny is a certified public accountant and earned a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. She has worked for the Chickasaw Nation for more than twenty years. Jenny lives in Sulphur with her husband Ronald and their boys, Keagen and Garrett. They make their home on family land settled by Jenny\'s great-great grandfather, W.B. Lowrance, where they raise cattle and horses. Jenny was appointed in June 2012 to complete the District 2 term that was vacated by Matt Holder. Jenny was reaffirmed as the trustee for District 2 at the district meeting held in August 2015 in Sulphur.
 
Eldon Flinn
Vice Chairman
Fittstown, OK
District 5
Eldon Flinn is the board member for District 5, which includes much of Pontotoc County. He is an alumnus of McLish Public Schools and a graduate of East Central University (ECU) with a Bachelor\'s degree in Education. He also earned a Master\'s degree from ECU. He has worked for Flowers Oil Company for 21 years and lives in Fittstown. He was elected to PEC\'s board in June 2001 to complete the District 5 term that was vacated by Eugene Easterling. Eldon was reaffirmed as the trustee for District 5 at the district meetings held in August 2001, 2005, 2009, 2013 and 2017 in Fittstown.
 
Vicky Petete

Ada, OK
District 3
Vicky Petete is the board member for District 3, which includes parts of McClain, Pontotoc, and Pottawatomie Counties. She is an alumnus of Duncan High School and a graduate of University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting as well as a Graduate from East Central University with a Masters of Accounting. Vicky is currently the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer for Vision Bank. She has worked at Vision for 28 years. Vicky lives in Ada with her husband Leon. Her favorite hobby is spending time with her grandchildren. Vicky currently serves as a Board Member for Mercy Health Oklahoma Communities Board (Mercy West) and NASBA Center for the Public Trust. She is a member of Oklahoma Society of CPA\'s, Ada Chapter of CPA\'s, and Ada Rotary Club. Vicky is also the current Chairman of the East Central University Foundation. Vicky was appointed in March 2019 to complete the District 3 term that was vacated by Jack Lambert.
 
Laurin Patton

Ada, OK
District 1
Dr. Laurin Patton is the board member for District 1, which includes parts of Pontotoc, Seminole and Hughes Counties. He is a 1957 alumnus of Vanoss High School. After attaining a Bachelor\'s degree in 1960 from East Central University, he continued his education at Oklahoma State University (Stillwater, Okla.) where he graduated in 1964 with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. He owned and operated Arlington Animal Clinic located in Ada for many years, retiring from veterinary practice in 2014. Dr. Patton lives east of Ada with his wife Virginia. They enjoy spending time with their four children, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. In 2003 he was the Oklahoma Veterinary Medical Association\'s (OVMA) Companion Animal Veterinarian and Veterinarian of Year in 2005. He is a rancher and member of the Pontotoc County Cattlemen\'s Association, and a prior Rotarian where he received recognition as a Paul Harris Fellow. As a member of Asbury United Methodist Church in Ada, Dr. Patton serves as chairman of the church council. Dr. Patton was appointed to PEC\'s board in 2001 to complete the District 1 term that was vacated by Kenneth West. He was reaffirmed as the trustee for District 1 at the district meetings held in August 2001, 2005, 2009, 2013 and 2017 in Allen.
 
Robert York

District 4
Robert York is the board member for District 4, which includes parts of Atoka, Carter, Coal, Hughes, Johnston, and Pittsburg Counties. He is an alumnus of Ada High School and a graduate of East Central University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. York is currently the CEO of National Livestock where he has worked for 25 years. National Livestock provides first-class service to those in Oklahoma’s cattle business and is dedicated to providing cattle operators with marketing, purchasing and financing services. Robert resides near Stonewall with his wife Shelley. He and his family enjoy raising cattle, hunting and fishing. York was appointed in March 2021 to complete the District 4 term that was vacated by Guy Sims.
